At World Spree Inc., we collect only information necessary to process your inquiry about services that you have requested. We will not lend, sell, or otherwise disclose your information to any organizations for any commercial purpose. Information needed:

• Full legal name, gender and title are required by the airlines, cruise companies and hotels to comply with both U.S. federal and destination local authority regulations.
• Date of birth is required to classify adult travelers from minors. It may also be used to assist us in helping you to celebrate your special event while on tour.
• Telephone and email contacts are required for communication during the arrangement and purchase process. Following your confirmation and booking, should there be cases of schedule changes, disrupted travel, or emergency you would want this contact.
• Mailing address is required to complete the contract and send proof of purchase to you.

World Spree Inc. collects personal information that is specifically and voluntarily provided when you submit the reservation/request form on our website or by telephoning our office to make a reservation.

We collect basic information such as personal profile, contact information and special request to facilitate your reservation with airlines, cruise companies, hotels and local travel operators. This information is only shared with the end suppliers providing your vacation package.

Our online reservation system is protected by industry-standard encryption. Credit card details will not be requested online nor over the telephone during preliminary contact. Only at the stage of securing/completing a reservation, will credit card details and the billing address be required. This is required for settlement and purchases.

World Spree never sells or rents our clients' personal information to any third party.

World Spree Inc. pledges its commitment to protecting your personal information. We provide appropriate physical, and secure technical measures to safeguard personal information and to protect it from any unauthorized access. Your basic information such as name, phone and fax number, Email address, and mailing address can only be accessed by those employees who have a business reason to use it.

We treat your credit card information very seriously. The credit card information you enter at our online payment portable is collected, redirected and processed by a PCI DSS compliant merchant service provider. Only the last four digit of your credit card number is identified in association with your tour payment transactions. World Spree does not receive or store your important cardholder data.
