Flights included in your trips are operated by commercial air carriers, which are independent contractors, and are not agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries of Tour Beyond, Inc. As such, Tour Beyond, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the acts or omissions of these air carriers. The passage contracts in use by these air carriers, when issued, shall constitute the sole agreements between the traveler and the air carriers, and are subject to the terms and conditions specified by each individual air carrier. Please contact the air carriers concerned directly for information.
We strongly recommend that you travel with one piece of checked luggage, one carry-on bag and one personal item. Airline checked bags are typically limited to a total dimension of 62 inches (158 cm) by adding length + width + height (example: 26"+26"+10" = 62"), and a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23kg). Many airlines apply charges for checked bags. Each passenger may carry one piece of carry-on luggage, the combined dimensions of which should not exceed 45 inches (115cm), which should fit in overhead bins or under the seat.
World Spree is not responsible for checked bag fees, excess luggage or weight charges levied by an airline. If your luggage is lost or damaged by the airlines, a baggage claim form MUST be filed with the carrier before leaving the airport. We recommend that you use brightly colored luggage tags, straps or other identifiers to help you locate your luggage upon arrival or to describe it in the event that it is lost.
For more information on airline baggage allowances, please find and click on the airline operating your itinerary.
